Accepting new therapy clients online in WA State!

Information & Fees

Getting Started

Free Consultation

Finding someone who gets you is an essential part of successful therapy. I offer a 20 minute free consult appointment so we can see if we’re a good fit.

First Session

Before your first session, I’ll invite you to make a secure client account where you can complete intake forms online. In your first appointment, we will take time to orient you to therapy and explore your goals.

Fees

With thanks to The Embody Lab for the 3 tier fee model.

I accept cash, check, HSA/FSA, and cards. I do not accept insurance. I provide Superbills so you can be reimbursed by your insurance provider according to your plan. Fees are due at time of service.

Tier 3: Rebalance

$220/50 minute session

Tier 3 is a great fit for someone with abundant resources, such as higher income, family assets, or generational wealth. Participating at this level helps rebalance systemic inequity by supporting access to therapy for people with less resources.

Tier 1: Access

$120/50 minute session

Tier 1 is designed to support therapy access for those with more limited resources, such as individuals supporting others with their income, limited family support, or income impacted by skin color, ethnicity, or gender.

Tier 2: Sustain

$170/50 minute session

Tier 2 is my hourly fee to make a living doing this work. This tier is for those with sufficient resources, such as median income, family support with pursuing a career, or income that isn’t negatively impacted by skin color, ethnicity, or gender..

Sliding Scale

$1-$119/50 minute session

July 2025 Update: Sliding scale is open for BIPOC and/or trans people. The conditions are rough out there, and I do not want finances to be the barrier to accessing mental health care for those who want it.

When considering an amount to commit to for sliding scale, the ideal balance is an amount that is enough to feel you are invested in our time and work together, but not so much that attending therapy at the frequency you need interrupts your ability to meet your basic needs.
