Looking for therapy where you don’t need to perform the role of Good Patient?
Whether you’re self-identified, formally diagnosed, or questioning everything— I want to work with you.
As a neurodivergent therapist who prioritizes dignity, agency, competence, and passion, developing a neurodivergent-affirming approach has been essential to both my pride in my work and sustainability in my field.
Collaboration
I use an actively collaborative approach to support you shaping a therapy experience that meets your needs. At the beginning of therapy, it is common for it to be difficult to be able to tell or communicate what is and isn’t working for you. Through practice and building trust, you will be increase your capacity to express your needs and preferences– both in and out of therapy.

Exploration
We go about this a few different ways:
- Exploring and identifying different aspects of your neurotype.
- Exploring your sensory system, including the impact of hyper and hypo sensitivities
- Developing interoceptive (read: internal body) awareness when related to your goals
- Allowing autistic traits serve the roles they are trying to serve: stimming, special interests, parallel play, shutdown, meltdown
- Honoring trauma and grief
- Connecting with autistic culture
- Supporting and practicing expression of authenticity

it is a serious thing
just to be alive
on this fresh morning
in this broken world.
