It’s a fucked up time right now. The last thing you need to spend your energy on is figuring out whether it’s okay to talk about your gender ambivalence, polycule dynamics, or impact play scene in therapy.
Therapy is also a place where it is important to be able to share the wins you want to celebrate. It’s important to be able to get to do that in a setting where you feel safe and seen enough to share as much or as little of your life as you want.
Supplementing lived experience with community and training, I ensure quality, affirming care for LGBTQ+ folks seeking therapy.

“…superficiality, style, messiness, and play are not bad things, they are transformative ways of being. Our glamour is not superfluous to changing the current order, it is instrumental. Our glamour, our joy, our magic, are not commodities to be ripped off and sold back to us by corporations, they are ours.”
